Welcome to the Strategic Community Impact Plan (SCIP)'s blog! Our goal is to be as transparent as possible and provide an environment for the community to respond. We welcome your thoughts and comments.

Currently, close to 200 local community members are meeting to discuss issues and areas for improvement in Washington County, MD. If you are a member of any of these groups or an interested member of the community and would like to leave a comment, please do so here.
