Transportation Focus Group Goals and Strategies

Vision - Transportation: County residents will have access to non- emergency medical transportation.

Goal #17 - Create a county-wide transportation data base system to improve and coordinate medical transportation services.  Strategies include:

1.      Expand the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to 18 identified agencies adding to transportation section of the software;
2.      market and promote expanded system to health service providers;
3.      compile data and begin tracking statistics, using data to identify issues to address.
